Disable XP Boot Logo

The Boot Logo in Windows XP  slows the boot process. There is a way to disable it and increase the speed in the start, just follow these steps:

1. Go to Start, Run and type msconfig.

2. Select the Boot.ini tab.

3. Add /noguiboot by enabling the box.

disablexpbootlogo

 

After you restart the system the XP logo screen with will be gone. In case you want to re-enable it unmark the noguiboot box in boot.ini.
