If you want to change drive letters in Windows XP, after you have partitioned the C: drive in two and the secondary drive shows as D:, perform the following steps: 1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools. 2. Click on Computer Management, Disk Management. 3. Right-click on the partition you want to change the letter and select Change drive letter and paths.
