It is possible to disable the Winkey in Windows XP. Sometimes it can be useful to disable it, even more when you are playing a game and without noticing you press it…. The results you already know them… If you want to avoid this follow these steps: 1. Go to Start, Run and write regedit. Ok. 2. Find the key HKEY_CURRENT_USERS/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer 3. Create or modify the value DWORD NoWinKeys 0 to disable or 1 to enable it. Note: Remember that if it doesn’t exist the NoWinKeys key you should create it and assign the value 0 to disable it or 1 to enable it. ( 1 Vote ) |
