| Disabling Startup Programs |
|
Some of the software we install in Windows run some of their components always. These components are added to Windows Startup so that they can be executed every time we turn on the computer. As a result we get a slower response from the system, as they need dedicated memory and resources from the system. So, in order to improve the performance of Vista we should disable those unnecessary programs. 1. Go to Start and type msconfig in the Start Search or press the winkey + R and type msconfig.
2. Select the Startup tab and unmark the programs to disable them in Windows Vista startup.
3. Apply and restart the system. ( 2 Votes ) |
