Show Menu Bar | Windows Explorer

As default, Windows Vista doesn´t show the menu bar in Windows Explorer. To make this happen just press the Alt key to toggle the Menu Bar on and off.

In case you want to have the Menu Bar visible always, click on the Organize icon on the toolbar, open the Layout submenu and select Menu Bar.

In Internet Explorer 7, the Menu Bar is no longer visible either. You can use the same trick, just pressing the Alt key to toggle the Menu Bar on and off. If you want the Menu Bar visible always, pull down the View menu, open the Toolbars submenu, and select Menu Bar.
